NEW PLAYERS: Must bring a copy of child’s birth certificate for proof of age.
All player registration must be done by parent or legal guardian.
Practice is twice a week (coach will decide days). One game per week, normally Saturdays. Equipment list will be
distributed on registration day.
We need your help!! Please call to volunteer during registration (cashiering, verify date of birth, uniform sizing,
passing out forms).
